What is the best way to contact The Pump Warehouse?
We ask you to e-mail all inquiries to customerservice@thepumpwarehouse.com. We will answer your questions in a timely manner.

Are the products you sell new or reconditioned?
All products listed in The Pump Warehouse are new. We do not sell reconditioned equipment.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my internet purchases?
The Pump Warehouse is an Oregon-based corporation and does not charge or report any sales tax for products or services sold. If your state requires that any tax be paid on items purchased outside your state, you assume all responsibility for reporting and paying the tax.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept orders over the phone at this time.

Can I place an Internet order from outside the continental USA?
We sell only within the USA. Orders from or to outside the contiguous USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands) cannot be processed through our Internet Store.

Can I purchase parts for my pump or equipment?
We do not sell parts to our customers because failure to repair pumps, motor and electrical equipment correctly could result in electrical shock, fire hazard, unsatisfactory performance, equipment failure and even death. Installation, repairs and parts replacements should be undertaken by certified and licensed technicians, contractors, local pump and motor repair shops and not by the buyer. The Pump Warehouse and the equipment manufacturer do not make any representation or warranty of any kind to the buyer that he or she is qualified to neither install nor make any repairs to the product.

Can you answer technical questions?
We are unable to give answers to specific water problems or recommend pump equipment for particular applications due to complexity, liability, and time constraints. We suggest that you contact a local licensed contractor for complete specifications.
