The Pump Warehouse is here for the self installer by offering genuine and quality pump products. We provide our customers with the information to make their projects successful. We offer quality products that are not readily available to the self installer at affordable prices. All products are shipped direct to your door from our warehouse.

We have been in the pump business since 1985 providing customers with quality service and affordable prices. We are just as committed with our internet company to provide the same customer service and satisfaction.

Business Hours:
The hours that we ship orders and answer e-mail questions: Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) excluding holidays. Our Internet Store is always open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Returns:
100 % satisfaction is our goal for our customers in order to achieve this we have established this return policy.  All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please make sure that all returns are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in original unused condition. Return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error. Please e-mail customerservice@thepumpwarehouse.com prior to returning any item to receive return instructions.

Shipping Terms:
We ship with USPS or UPS.  All shipping rates are calculated using the UPS and USPS rate scale. In some cases the shipping is incorrectly calculated. In these cases, the customer will be notified of the error before shipping.
We try to reduce shipping costs for our customers. We will combine shipping on multiple items that are paid for at the same time and can be shipped in the same package.

Upon receipt of a cleared payment, orders typically ship within 2 business days. All shipping information is sent via e-mail as soon as your item has been shipped. All items are carefully packed to insure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that damage occurs in transit, please report it to the shipping company and the Pump Warehouse immediately.
